Connected with Neal online as I was looking for an investment property. This was my 6th purchase so I had been around the block a few times and was just inquiring, testing the waters so to speak. Plus it was out on the Island so I honestly wasn’t expecting much in return. To my surprise, I got a full break-down on the place I was looking at, the surrounding areas and hot spots. I felt as though I was working with a realtor out there. He asked if I would like him to refer me to an agent there but I refused and insisted he help me find a place. Took a ferry out, signed off on an offer on the spot and had an accepted offer before we hopped back onto the return ferry home. Was the smoothest transaction I did and was glad I connected with him when I did. Will certainly be using him for future transactions.

When we began our home search, we had no clue what to do first. We had no idea how much was involved and much we didn’t know. Neal was referred to us by a friend and quite honestly it was a game changer. He took all the guessing out of the process along with the stress. Every question we had was answered promptly and he educated us so much every step of the way. My husband and I were very impressed at how knowledgable he was when we would go on showings, always asking the other realtors questions we never would have even thought of. We are so happy not only to have used him as our realtor but to have finally found our dream home. He made it possible and we will 100% be referring him to anyone we know in the house hunt!

I wasn’t even looking for a realtor to help me find a home when Neal came knocking on my door. He was in neighbourhood working on a project when he came by to see if I was interested in selling. I told him sorry, but I was renting, at which point he began to ask if I ever gave thought into buying. He gave me some great info and even though I played it off like we were not interested, it lit the sparks. It wasn’t till nearly a year later that I contacted him to help me secure my very first place. Needless to say I am happy he stopped by that day as me, my daughter and our dog Pippy and a place to call our own. Thanks Neal!!
